What will it cost? Plan with a real range.
Answer four short questions and see a ballpark range for a custom kitchen, vanity or built-ins, drawn from the projects we build in our Oro-Medonte workshop. It takes about a minute, and the number is yours to keep, no email required.

What are you planning?
Choose everything that applies. Most whole-home and cottage projects include more than one.
Wood and finish
After size, the single biggest influence on cost. Choose the closest match.
What kind of property is it?
A seasonal building needs different materials and construction to survive the moisture cycle.
How do we get there?
Water access and island properties change the crew, the sequence and the timeline.
Turn the range into a real quote
Send us your estimate and a few details. Briar or one of our designers will be in touch to talk through the project and book a consultation, in person or remotely. Every project is designed and built from the ground up, so the conversation starts with how you live.
What Drives the Cost of Custom Cabinetry
Size and layout
The amount of cabinetry is the starting point, but layout matters as much as length. Islands, tall pantry units, corner solutions and appliance panels all add work that a straight run of base cabinets does not.
Species and finish
A painted finish on a stable substrate is the most economical route. Stained hardwoods cost more, and select species such as rift-cut white oak or walnut cost more again, because of the material itself and the care needed to match grain across a room.
The building and the site
Seasonal and lakefront properties need moisture-resistant finishes and construction that allows for movement. Water-access and island sites change how the work is delivered and installed. Both belong in the quote from the start.
