How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 8–16 weeks from design approval to installation, depending on complexity and scope. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your initial consultation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve clients throughout Ontario, with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area, Muskoka, Georgian Bay, and surrounding cottage country. We're happy to discuss projects outside these regions.
Do you work with designers and builders?
Absolutely. We have strong partnerships with interior designers, architects, and builders across the region. We're experienced collaborators and can work from your plans or help develop them together.
What materials do you use?
We work with premium hardwoods, engineered panels, natural stone, and high-end hardware. Every material is selected for quality, durability, and visual character.
Can I visit you in person?
Yes, by appointment. We are currently operating by appointment only while we rebuild following a fire at our premises, so we are not able to accommodate walk-in visits. Get in touch by phone or email and we will arrange a time to discuss your project, review materials and talk through options.
